Suzy Q originally came to us as a very young puppy who was suffering with skin problems. She healed well and was adopted, however her family split up and one of the owners tried to take her to the local kill shelter. She is now safely back with us and doing well. Suzy Q loves belly rubs, people and other dogs. She is still a young girl at less than a year old and will not be BIG. Our in-state adoption fee is $75 and includes the animal being spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, fully vaccinated, de-wormed and socialized. All dogs are tested for heart worms and if negative are kept on preventive while at the rescue. If positive, the dog will be treated through the rescue.
